Cookie Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This site sets no cookies

Not a marketing claim — a fact you can check. notbeloser.com runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social widgets and no third-party scripts. There is no account and no login, so there is no session cookie either. Open your browser’s developer tools, look under Storage, and you will find the cookie jar for this domain empty.

The one thing we do store

If you dismiss the notice at the bottom of the page, we save a single value in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie) so the notice does not come back on your next visit. It contains no identifier and never leaves your device. Clearing your browsing data removes it, and the notice reappears.

Because we store nothing that identifies you and nothing used for profiling, no consent is legally required under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. The notice is there to tell you, not to ask you.

Your listing link

The link you are asked to bookmark after joining contains a random token that identifies your listing. That is not a cookie: it lives in the address, and it is how the site knows a row belongs to you without making you create an account. Anyone who has the link can raise your listing, so keep it to yourself.

When you go to pay

Checkout happens on Polar’s own pages. Polar sets its own cookies there, for payment processing and fraud prevention, under its own policy — read the Polar Privacy Policy. We have no control over those and receive no data from them beyond the outcome of your payment.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics or anything that tracks you, this page changes first and a real consent banner appears — one that asks, and that does nothing until you answer. Until then, there is nothing to consent to.
