Refund Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
The short version
What you buy is a position on a public leaderboard, delivered the instant your payment clears. Being overtaken is not a fault — it is the game. For that reason payments are not refundable once your listing is live.
Your right of withdrawal, and how you waive it
As a consumer in the EU or UK you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services. Because your position appears immediately, at checkout you expressly request that immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. That consent is required to complete a purchase and is recorded with your order.
If you have not yet been placed on the board — for example the payment succeeded but your listing never appeared — the service has not been performed and you are entitled to a full refund.
When we do refund
- Your payment was taken but your listing did not go live.
- You were charged twice for the same thing.
- The Service was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault.
- We removed your listing for our own convenience rather than for a breach of the rules.
- The payment was not authorised by you.
When we do not
- Someone paid more and passed you.
- Your listing received fewer clicks, visitors or customers than you hoped. We promise a position, never an outcome.
- You changed your mind after your listing went live.
- We removed your listing because it broke the Terms.
How to ask
Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued by Polar. Write to dev@2devstudio.com with your name and the link on your listing, and we will arrange it with Polar. We answer within 5 working days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
None of this limits your statutory rights where the Service is faulty or not as described.
